Meet Erin Lail
Erin is a fifth generation Napa Valley native whose family has been in the wine business for more than 130 years. After graduating from college, Erin started her professional career in San Francisco working for a prominent San Francisco family and their private investment company but found that she yearned to get back to Napa Valley and her family roots.
Steeped in gracious wine country hospitality from a young age, Erin's passion for people, eye for detail and strong organizational skills led her to believe that she could fill a need in the region for high-quality, personal estate and event services. With an enviable rolodex and a passion for connecting good people with skilled providers Honeydew Napa Valley quickly grew to be THE resource for discreet services ranging from property management to corporate visits and events, weddings, dinners, and private concierge.
Erin has two fabulous children, Georgia and Henry that attend St. Helena public schools. Her mother, Robin Lail, heads up Lail Vineyards (where Erin is a partner) and her father, Jon Lail, is the principal architect at Lail Design. Sister Shannon and family live nearby. Erin sits on the Summer Search North Bay Board, and loves to be out and about meeting new people and exploring new possibilites.
